Diane McIntyre is CEO, People Advisory, U.S. She counsels clients in areas including: CEO succession, executive and board search, strategic alignment, M&A integration, culture and leadership development.

Diane joined Teneo from Calibre One where she was most recently the U.S. Managing Partner. Diane has been helping grow technology and tech-enabled businesses for 25+ years. Recruiting and advising CEO’s, Board’s, and CxO’s, she carries a proven track record of talent advisory for some of the industry’s most influential Private Equity investors and Fortune 500 companies.

Before Calibre One, Diane worked as a Partner for three boutique executive search firms on C-level and VP assignments across the Enterprise Software, FinTech, Consumer, and HCIT/Digital Health sectors. Previously, Diane was a Managing Director at Ramsey/Beirne Associates for 9 years, one of the leading Internet and Technology recruiting firms in the world. Diane worked closely with the firm’s Founder, David Beirne, conducting numerous CEO and senior-level searches for pioneering companies in the technology industry. Searches that Diane managed helped to launch or bring to prominence some of today’s best-known companies in the Internet and software sectors, including Microsoft, Dell, eBay, E-Trade, and WebMD.

Diane is known for her ambitious work ethic, commitment to equity and diversity, ability to attract world class talent, and keeping her finger on the pulse of rising stars.
