Dr. Wolfango (Wolf) Piccoli has been advising corporate and financial institutions on the complex interplay between (geo)politics, policy, and business for more than two decades.
Wolf co-founded Teneo’s Geopolitical Advisory Service in 2013 and co-manages its global platform, which provides strategic insights on business-relevant (geo)political trends—advising clients on risks, opportunities, and how political, social, and macroeconomic developments may impact their business.
Wolf works with C-suite executives, boards, heads of communications, and government relations leaders to integrate Teneo’s geopolitical insights directly into corporate decision-making and communication strategies.
He often appears on major TV networks and is regularly quoted in the world’s leading media outlets. A sought-after public speaker, Wolf frequently presents on a variety of topics related to geopolitics, global macro politics and business-relevant trends in international politics to investors and corporate audiences.
Prior to joining Teneo, Wolf was the director of the London office of Eurasia Group, where he also led the firm’s analysis and advisory work on Europe.
Wolf holds a doctorate in international politics from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Bilkent.
